Overview
Two photo museums a five-minute walk apart in central Barcelona on one ticket, and you can visit them on different days.
At the Museum of Illusions, Carrer del Pintor Fortuny 17, everything is hand-painted: more than 30 3D murals across 600 m2. Step into Casa Mila, dodge a great white shark, tame a dragon and pose with pop-culture heroes. Most guests spend 30 to 45 minutes here. At the entrance the staff show you how to find the best angles, then you take your own photos; free phone tripods at the ticket desk, subject to availability.
Big Fun Museum, La Rambla de Sant Josep 88-94, adds eight themed museums: the mirror maze, the Upside Down House and museums of sweets, giants, magic and world records. Plan on about two hours for both.
Fully indoors and family-friendly, children under 5 free. No time slot: show the QR code at each entrance, open 11:00 to 19:00 Sunday to Thursday and 11:00 to 21:00 Friday and Saturday.
