Overview

If you want to experience the true feeling of a destination, you have to spend time with the locals. That's exactly what you are going to do when you visit my home. Together we will cook, and you will learn about the Greek gastronomy through traditional recipes and flavorful food, but most importantly, you will immerse yourself in the every day life of Greek people.

What to expect

After we meet at the Panormou metro station, we will walk about a minute, to my apartment. There, I will welcome you with a cheese platter and some raki. After we get to know each other, we will put the aprons on and we will start making the baklava. While it bakes, we will prepare another classic Greek dessert, a halva. After all is done, we will enjoy the desserts with a fragrant cup of Greek coffee, made the traditional way.

We will meet right outside of the metro station Panormou. Go up the steps of the "L.Riancour" exit and just wait on the square. It's opposite a supermarket. I'll pick you up from there.
