What to expect

We will start the tour with pickup from your hotel between 4:00 and 4:30 a.m., heading south of Cusco. After a tour of the Andean landscapes, we will arrive at Pitumarca, where we will enjoy breakfast before continuing to the community of Hanchipacha – Quesiuno, the starting point of the hike.

During the tour, we will appreciate the impressive Red Valley, high Andean landscapes, lagoons, and, if weather conditions allow, views of the majestic Ausangate. The hike to the Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca) will take approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Upon arrival, we will have time to enjoy the scenery and take photographs. Then we will start the descent to the transport and return to Pitumarca to enjoy lunch.

Finally, we will begin the journey back to Cusco, arriving at approximately 4:30 p.m., destined for the city center.
