Start the day outdoors, at first light, in the largest public park in Rome.
Sunrise Bootcamp is a 60-minute group workout inside Villa Doria Pamphilj — 184 hectares of pine avenues, open meadows, and seventeenth-century villas on the hill above Trastevere. We train before the park gets crowded, when the light is still low and the air is cool, using the park itself as equipment: the grass for bodyweight circuits, stairs and slopes for conditioning, the shady avenues for repetitions.
The session is structured in three phases: 10 minutes of joint mobility and progressive warm-up, 35 minutes of circuit, specific work built for metabolic training suitable for everyone, then 10 minutes of cool-down and guided stretching. The instructor adapts every exercise on the spot, so the same session works for those returning to training after months as for those who train five times a week.
The groups are limited to 10 people and the sessions are conducted in Italian and English by certified trainers who live and train in Rome.
Bring training shoes, comfortable clothing, and water; there are fountains in the park to refill your bottle.
