Experience Osaka through sushi at a local restaurant in TUGBOAT TAISHO, a waterfront food and cultural destination in Taisho. This private experience combines hands-on sushi making with an authentic Japanese lunch.
Meet your guide at JR Taisho Station and walk to TUGBOAT TAISHO. After a short introduction to the area, head upstairs to Sushi-ichi.
Under the guidance of the sushi chef, make 4 pieces of sushi yourself, then enjoy 10 pieces in total, including 6 prepared by the chef, with soup. Tea and water are included; other drinks are at your own expense. The sushi experience and lunch take approximately 90 minutes.
The total tour lasts approximately 2 hours. It normally ends at JR Taisho Station. If you wish to stay longer at TUGBOAT TAISHO, the tour can end there instead, allowing you to continue enjoying its restaurants and drinks at your own leisure. Your guide will explain the best route and nearest station for your onward journey.
Enjoy sushi in a real local restaurant open to the public while discovering one of Osaka's lesser-known waterfront areas.
