Step inside Scotland's smallest distillery, tucked beneath the walls of Stirling Castle on historic Lower Castlehill, and see how small-batch Stirling gin is made by hand just steps from where you'll taste it.
Your guide starts in the working distillery, taking you from the botanicals (including wild Stirlingshire nettles foraged for our flagship gin) through to the copper still and the hand wax-sealed bottle. You'll hear how a local family firm brought legal distilling back to Stirling for the first time since 1852.
Then take a seat for a guided tasting of six Stirling gins and liqueurs, from our flagship Stirling Gin and navy-strength Battle Strength through to three gin liqueurs made with real fruit. Learn what each botanical brings to the glass, compare your favourites, and pick up simple tips for a better G&T at home.
Children are welcome and enjoy a mocktail while the adults taste.
Relaxed, personal and small in scale, it suits keen gin drinkers and the simply curious alike, and fits easily into a day exploring the castle and Stirling's Old Town.
