Pickup details

• For airport: Chauffeur tracks flight status and greets you at the arrival hall with name signage.

• For hotel/residence: Chauffeur greets you at the lobby.

• Vehicle Capacity Limits: Max 4 Pax + 4 Large Bags (28-30") + 2 Small Bags (20-24"), OR Max 6 Pax + 2 Small Bags (20-24"). Oversized luggage, strollers, or golf bags count as 1 large suitcase each. Excess luggage will require an additional vehicle at the customer's expense.

• Operating Hours:
Active Service Hours: 08:00 AM to 02:00 AM daily (No service available between 02:01 AM and 07:59 AM).

• Service Coverage Area:
- Available for Mainland Singapore & Sentosa Island ONLY.
- NOT AVAILABLE for Tuas area.

• Service Boundaries: Any bookings requested for charter times outside our 08:00 AM – 02:00 AM operating window will be declined to ensure strict chauffeur rest and service reliability.

• Please ensure your mobile phone with WhatsApp is active and reachable upon arrival.
