Pickup details

For travelers being picked up from Moi International Airport in Mombasa, your driver or guide will meet them at the arrival hall after they have collected their luggage and completed the necessary arrival procedures.

The driver/guide will be holding a Parabolic Safaris sign displaying the lead traveler's name, making it easy for the traveler to identify them.

For travelers being picked up from Mombasa Harbour, hotels, or other agreed pickup locations within the designated pickup area, our driver/guide will meet them at the confirmed pickup point and will be identifiable by a Parabolic Safaris sign and the lead traveler's name.

Our team will also contact the traveler in advance to confirm the exact pickup location and provide any necessary meeting instructions.
