The 90-minute program was designed by a former educator: it builds your understanding step by step and never lets your attention drop. A full English-speaking MC guides you through sumo's 1,500-year history, its ties to Shinto ritual, the ranking system, and daily life inside a sumo stable — the real version, not a simplified tourist summary.
Then it's your turn. Put on a genuine mawashi, step onto the sacred ring, and try sumo against a real wrestler. The experience ends with photos together on the dohyo.
