Complimentary waiting time is calculated from the scheduled pickup time. Once the included waiting period has expired, additional waiting time and parking charges may apply.
For Stansted Airport arrivals, your chauffeur will monitor your flight and meet you at the designated terminal meeting point after baggage collection, holding a name board displaying the lead traveler’s name.
For London hotel or accommodation pickups, your chauffeur will meet you at the confirmed pickup address at the scheduled time.
Please ensure your phone is switched on and that you are available to receive calls or messages using the contact number provided in the booking. If we are unable to contact or locate you after the included waiting period, the booking may be treated as a passenger no-show.
