Pickup is available from any Gatwick Airport terminal, hotel, or address within the London area.

All passengers included in the booking must be collected from the same location at the same scheduled time.

Advance booking is recommended. Bookings are accepted subject to availability and the applicable booking cut-off time.

Your transfer includes:

- London / local pickups: 15 minutes complimentary waiting time
- Gatwick Airport pickups: 30 minutes complimentary waiting time
- Flight monitoring for airport arrivals
- Meet & Greet service
- Luggage assistance

Complimentary waiting time is calculated from the scheduled pickup time. Once the included waiting period has expired, additional waiting time and parking charges may apply.

For Gatwick Airport arrivals, your chauffeur will monitor your flight and meet you at the designated terminal meeting point after baggage collection, holding a name board displaying the lead traveler’s name.

For London hotel or accommodation pickups, your chauffeur will meet you at the confirmed pickup address at the scheduled time.

Please ensure your phone is switched on and that you are available to receive calls or messages using the contact number provided in the booking. If we are unable to contact or locate you after the included waiting period, the booking may be treated as a passenger no-show.

Please ensure the vehicle selected is suitable for the number of passengers and amount of luggage travelling. Oversized or excessive luggage may require a larger vehicle category.
