The name “Nokogiri” means “saw” in Japanese and refers to the mountain’s distinctive jagged ridgeline. Along the walking trails, you can see former quarry sites, Japan’s largest seated stone Buddha, a towering statue carved directly into the mountainside, and many smaller stone figures. This scenic cultural hike offers a rewarding combination of outdoor adventure, Japanese history, and impressive coastal views.

Travel beneath and across Tokyo Bay on the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line, an impressive 15.1-kilometer route combining an undersea tunnel with a bridge over the bay. After emerging from the tunnel, you can catch views across the water as the tour continues toward the coastal countryside. This is a drive-through route with no scheduled stop.
