Miraflores Locks of the Panama Canal

The Panama Canal is one of the marvels of modern engineering. Thanks to its innovative lock system, it allows ships from all over the world to transit safely and efficiently between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. This monumental feat not only shortens distances and navigation times but also boosts international trade and strengthens the global economy.

You will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the majestic passage of ships through the Panama Canal and marvel at the technology that makes this achievement possible. You can also enjoy the film about the Canal, directed and narrated by Morgan Freeman, which reveals the history and impact of this monumental work on world trade and Panamanian identity.
