Pickup details

One day before tour starts, we will send a message to our mutual customer with all the details of the tour, including car plate number and tour guide name.
At the pickup point, will be a sign with the tour guide name.
The tour guide will have also a sign with his/her name at the pickup point and as well, a list with the tourists.

• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Youth must be accompanied by an adult
• Food, alcohol drinks or ANY kind of smoking on the van are strictly prohibited
• The order of the itinerary depends on the season, weather, and opening hours.
• Unforeseen events may result in a visit only on outside of one castle. Delays in arrival time to Brasov may occur also due to these uncontrollable factors.
• You may choose to purchase entrance tickets during the tour or enjoy free time exploring the castle grounds and surroundings
• Only a small backpack is allowed on the van.
• Departure time between 08:00 and 08:30 a.m.
• The exact departure time we will inform one day before the tour starts.
• One day before the tour start, we will send you an e-mail or message with all the details of the tour. Please check your e-mail after 17:00 (Romanian Time).
• The tour is not recommended for people with any impairment
• For safety reasons, children under the age of 5 are not permitted to visit Bear Sanctuary
• Access to Bear Sanctuary is permitted only as part of the sanctuary's guided tours at scheduled times. Self-guided visits are not available
