MEET ONLY AT THE PICKUP LOCATION FOR YOUR BOOKED TRANSFER OPTION. The airport meeting points below apply only to pickups from that airport, not to hotel departures.
HOTEL/ADDRESS TO AIRPORT: We collect you from the hotel or address in your booking. Do not go to an airport meeting point. Provide your exact pickup address, departure flight number, date and scheduled departure time. We confirm your actual pickup time the day before, allowing for your flight and traffic.
IST AIRPORT PICKUP: After collecting luggage, turn right and leave through Exit Gate 13. Outside, on the left, find the yellow GUIDE 01 sign. Give the meeting staff your name and surname. They contact our team and escort you to floor -2 for your vehicle.
SAW AIRPORT PICKUP: After collecting baggage, exit and walk to Column 6. Enter the TURSAB - MEETING POINT building opposite and give your name and surname, stating GUIDE 01. The staff contact our team and assist you to the vehicle.
AIRPORT ARRIVALS: Provide your arrival flight number, landing date and time. The meeting process usually takes 10-15 minutes. If you cannot find the meeting point, connect to airport Wi-Fi and contact us via WhatsApp. For IST-SAW transfers, provide both flights and the direction; use only the meeting point at your pickup airport.
SERVICE AREA: Hotel/address service is limited to the mainland urban areas shown by the nine approximate map circles: central European Istanbul (Fatih, Beyoglu, Sisli, Besiktas, Kagithane, central Eyupsultan and Maslak); Uskudar, Kadikoy, Umraniye and Atasehir; Zeytinburnu, Bakirkoy, Bahcelievler, Bagcilar, Kucukcekmece and Basaksehir; Avcilar, Esenyurt, Beylikduzu, Bahcesehir and central Buyukcekmece; central Arnavutkoy; Maltepe, Kartal, Karlitepe and Sultanbeyli; Pendik/Kaynarca; Gokturk Merkez; and Zekeriyakoy. Gokturk and Zekeriyakoy use the standard European Side transfer price for the selected airport and direction. IST and SAW airport transfers use the airport meeting points described above. The circles are approximate and are not fare zones or administrative boundaries. Sea overlap does not include the Princes Islands (Adalar) or ferry-only addresses. Silivri, Catalca, Sile, Agva, Kilyos, Beykoz, Cekmekoy, Tuzla, Gebze, Darica and addresses outside the listed urban service areas are not included in the standard hotel/address transfer, even if a circle overlaps them. Select the correct airport, European or Asian side, and transfer direction. If your address is outside or near the edge of the stated service area, contact us to confirm availability and price BEFORE booking. Being inside a circle does not make every route the same price.
