The cooking classes takes about 5 hours (from 9.30 am for Lunch class, from 4.30 pm for dinner class).
You will be my guest and It will be an absolute pleasure to guide you step-by-step in preparing an authentic, homemade Italian meal! Italian home cooking relies on simple ingredients, warmth, and traditions passed down through generations.
Each dish will start with the tale of its origins and regional variations, to let you to enjoy which part it has in traditional home cuisine.
I will organize the menu of the day for you, generally (though with variations) consisting of an appetizer, two first courses, a main course, and a dessert.
Anyway, the day before, or at the moment of the reservation we will chat do know your wishes, needs or special request, to offer you, as far as possible, an engaging and unique experience.
The recipes will be prepared by raw from the base ingredients to allow you to replicate it for yourself and your beloved back at home.
At the end of the preparations we will seat at my table and will enjoy the lunch or the dinner drinking a good wine and chatting about the experience, good food and life.
