Jungle Yoga is a small-group wellness experience set in a private rainforest lovingly protected by a local Costa Rican family committed to preserving its natural beauty and wildlife. Far from the busy tourist attractions, you'll enjoy a peaceful environment where nature remains the true host.

Your journey includes a mindful walk through the rainforest, a yoga session on a private deck beside a waterfall, sound healing, a guided reflection with the Jungle Intuition Oracle—created by your host and transpersonal therapist, Karla Corrales—time to relax in natural swimming pools, and a traditional Costa Rican lunch cooked over a wood-fired stove with vegetarian and gluten-free options available.

More than a yoga class, this is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with nature and experience Costa Rica in a meaningful and authentic way.
