MEETING POINT INSTRUCTIONS:

For Outside Hotel Guests: Please wait at your resort's main security gate/front barrier 10 minutes prior to your confirmed pickup time. Most resort security protocols do not allow outside excursion vehicles directly up to the main hotel lobby reception desk.

Complimentary Pickups: Free hotel pickup and drop-off are fully included for all resorts within the standard Marsa Alam city/coastline boundaries and Port Ghalib area.

Extended Zones: If your resort is located in remote northern areas (near El Quseir) or deep southern regions (approaching Berenice), an additional transport surcharge may apply per person to offset extended logistics. We will notify you immediately upon booking if your hotel falls within these zones.
