Meeting and pickup

Pickup details

Airport pickup is coordinated based on your flight arrival time. It is recommended to arrive before 2:00 PM on Day 1 so there's plenty of time to enjoy the Las Vegas Strip. For departures on Day 8, it is recommended to book flights after 12:30PM (if possible) to allow for a relaxed breakfast and airport transfer.
