Overview

With the guidance of a respectable Chef , you’ll discover a different side of Greek cooking on the garden veranda of his coastal home near Athens Airport. In this hands-on class, you’ll taste premium wines, cook with smoke and live fire, and learn how to prepare unique Greek recipes including tzatziki, zucchini fritters, winter Greek salad, and handmade smoked marinated chicken kontosouvli and pancetta with pita breads.

What to expect

After many years of leading award-winning cooking classes in Santorini, the Chef now welcomes 2 to 6 guests to the garden veranda of his coastal home near Athens Airport for a hands-on Greek BBQ Cooking Class with premium wine tasting, unique recipes, smoke, live fire and a shared table.
