Meeting and pickup

Pickup details

Guests will meet the host at Enshu Shibamoto Station.
The host will wait outside the ticket gate holding a welcome sign.
Enshu Shibamoto Station is located on the Enshu Railway Line and can be reached from Hamamatsu Station in approximately 30–40 minutes.
Detailed directions and communication information will be provided after booking.
Free transfer from the station to the family home is included.
Please contact the host in advance if you experience delays or need assistance.
