With fresh ingredients and recipes handed down, each lesson becomes an opportunity to learn how to prepare typical dishes, such as orecchiette from Puglia, focaccia and taralli, while sharing culinary stories and cultures. Viviana, a young mother and guardian of family traditions, offers a welcoming environment for everyone, from beginners to enthusiasts, transforming every meeting into a moment of conviviality and learning.
