Grind cacao beans by hand on a traditional volcanic stone metate, transforming them into cacao paste while discovering cacao’s significance in ancient Mesoamerica.

2. Craft Your Own Artisan Truffles
Use the cacao paste you created to craft your own artisan truffles. Personalize them with seeds, nuts, and dried fruits. We’ll package your creations to take back to your cruise ship.

3. Single-Origin Chocolate Fondue
Indulge in rich, velvety single-origin chocolate fondue with traditional Mexican sweets and chili mango.
