Walk among thousands of cacao trees, open fresh pods, taste the tropical pulp, and learn how cacao is grown, harvested, fermented, and dried. Keep an eye out for monkeys, toucans, parrots, and other wildlife along the way.
After a freshly prepared farm-to-table lunch, go behind the scenes in the professional chocolate factory, where we produce award-winning cacao and chocolate for international markets. See how cacao is roasted, separated, ground, and transformed into chocolate before making your own bars with your choice of flavors to take home.
