Choose your track — classic mixology or Tiki Caribbean style — and let our expert bartenders guide you through the history of iconic global cocktails and the techniques behind them. In the first part of the session, you'll learn the theory and tasting notes behind your chosen style. In the hands-on phase, you'll practice historic construction techniques — including Caribbean methods — and craft your own cocktail from start to finish. Finish the session with a tasting of your own creation and those of your fellow guests. Available daily from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM — flexible scheduling to suit your group.
