Each piece of luggage must weigh less than 30 kg. We may refuse to accept oversized luggage.
Accepted luggage types: suitcases, backpacks, handbags, and cardboard boxes.
In rare cases, we may be unable to accommodate your requested time due to delivery scheduling. If this happens, we will contact you after your booking is confirmed and do our best to accommodate your request.
Please provide a phone number and email address where we can reach you on the day of service. If we cannot reach you, we may be unable to provide the service.
For airport pickups: If your flight is delayed or changed, please contact us as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within 1 hour after your flight’s arrival, our driver may leave the meeting point.
We only pick up from and deliver to hotels with staffed front desks. Accommodations without front desk staff, such as private rentals, Airbnb, or self check-in hotels, are not eligible. In such cases, we may decline your booking.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
