Meeting and pickup

Pickup details

Guests will be collected directly from their hotel, guesthouse, Airbnb accommodation, private residence, cruise terminal, or agreed pickup location within Cape Town and surrounding areas.

The chauffeur will arrive approximately 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time and will be professionally dressed as your representative.

For hotel pickups, the chauffeur will wait in the hotel lobby or reception area.

For Airbnb or private residence pickups, the chauffeur will wait outside the main entrance of the property.

Guests will receive the chauffeur's contact details prior to departure, and where applicable, the chauffeur will identify themselves using the lead traveler's name.
