Your safari begins with pick-up from your Nairobi hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. After a short introduction from your driver-guide, depart for Amboseli National Park via the Nairobi–Mombasa Highway.
Enjoy the changing scenery as you travel through open countryside, traditional homesteads, and expansive savannah landscapes. Along the way, you may see Maasai herders tending their cattle, offering a glimpse into the communities and landscapes of southern Kenya.
Arrive near Amboseli National Park in time for lunch, followed by a short rest before your afternoon safari.
