Wagyu Sukiyaki Cooking Experience offers a hands-on opportunity to experience Japanese food culture by making one of Japan’s most iconic hot pot dishes, sukiyaki.
You will learn authentic cooking techniques, including how to grill thinly sliced wagyu beef and simmer it in a special sukiyaki sauce called “warishita.” The class also introduces essential sukiyaki ingredients such as tofu, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, and shirataki noodles, along with tips on how to prepare and enjoy them.
During the experience, the instructor carefully explains cooking methods, seasoning tips, and traditional Japanese ways of enjoying sukiyaki, making it easy and enjoyable even for first-time participants. Once the cooking is complete, you can relax and enjoy the freshly made sukiyaki meal on the spot.
