Pickup details

Pickup is coordinated according to your cruise ship arrival time. After disembarking, please follow the instructions provided on your voucher to reach the designated pickup point outside the Costa Maya cruise port. Your driver will be waiting for you there. Return transportation to the cruise port area is included and scheduled according to your ship’s all-aboard time.
