Before immigration, if a passenger’s nationality requires a Visa on Arrival, airport staff will assist with the Visa on Arrival application form and required documentation. Any visa-related fees are paid directly by the passenger, while the Visa on Arrival assistance fee is invoiced to the client.
Passengers are escorted to the Fast Track Immigration Counter and will meet the airport representative again after completing the immigration process. Please note that airport staff are not permitted to accompany passengers through immigration.
At the baggage collection area, airport staff will assist passengers with their luggage. Passengers are then escorted through Customs* and, after clearing Customs, guided to their preferred transportation.
For Transit Assistance options passengers are allowed to bring 3 pieces of luggage/person. If passengers bring more than 3 pieces of luggage, which may incur additional charges (Pay on site)
