After clearing immigration and customs at Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, please proceed to the airport arrival area where your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name. Travelers are encouraged to provide their flight details, airline name, and Grand Palladium reservation information at the time of booking to ensure smooth pickup arrangements.
Drivers monitor flight arrivals whenever possible to accommodate delays. Complimentary waiting time is included after your flight lands to allow guests enough time to clear the airport comfortably. If you experience delays or have difficulty locating your driver, please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
For return transfers from Grand Palladium to the airport, guests should wait in the resort lobby or designated pickup area at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Child seats may be available upon request. Comfortable clothing and bottled water are recommended for the scenic coastal drive.
