1. Booking & Live Coordination:
Enter your flight details (for airport arrivals) or Singapore pickup address. Chauffeur contact details and vehicle plate number are messaged via WhatsApp/Viator prior to pickup.

2. Meet & Greet / Pickup:
• Changi / Seletar Airport: Chauffeur monitors your flight in real time and awaits you at the Arrival Hall exit holding a digital name signboard. Includes 60 minutes complimentary waiting time from touch-down.
• Hotel / City Departures: Chauffeur arrives directly at your lobby/address. Includes 15 minutes complimentary waiting time.

3. VIP Fleet Transfer:
Travel in your booked Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Toyota Alphard/Vellfire, or Toyota HiAce High Roof minibus with full luggage assistance.

4. Direct Drop-off:
Relax in air-conditioned comfort directly to your destination anywhere in Singapore. All road tolls (ERP) and parking fees are fully included.

Pickup details

Arrival Meet and Greet: Your driver will monitor your flight status and be waiting at the Arrival Hall exit (after luggage collection) holding a digital sign with your name.

Complimentary Grace Period: We offer a 30-minute complimentary waiting period from the time your flight lands to allow for immigration and luggage collection.

Direct Communication: You will receive the driver’s contact details and vehicle plate number via the app or WhatsApp shortly before your arrival for seamless coordination.

Luggage Assistance: Your chauffeur will assist with loading your bags into the vehicle to ensure a smooth start to your journey.
