Chinese citizens (including those from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) must book when online tickets for the Forbidden City are available. Once the online tickets are sold out, participation in this tour will not be possible. Furthermore, according to the regulations of the Palace Museum, Mainland Chinese citizens can only book tickets using their ID card number and Chinese name.

Subway: Take Line 8 to Jin Yu Hutong Exit C, walk 10 min on Donghuamen St to meeting point. Taxi: Get off at Wangfu Century Building, walk 5 min. Your guide will contact you via WhatsApp/email the day before with exact meeting spot.

End point

After the guided tour ends, you can leave on your own and explore the Forbidden City by yourself until 5 PM.
