Meet & Greet + Safety Briefing

Your friendly local guide and skilled driver will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby with a warm welcome. Before we rev up the engines, we’ll take a few moments to go over essential safety tips and guidelines for riding comfortably on the back of our scooters. Once you're ready, hold on tight and let the adventure begin!

Throughout the journey, we’ll swap stories about daily life and culinary traditions, giving you a deep, authentic insight into the culture of Saigon and Vietnam as a whole.
2. 20m
We’ll head over to District 3 to try Chuối Nếp Nướng—a humble yet spectacular street delicacy proudly ranked among the world’s top 10 street foods.

This dish consists of ripe, sweet bananas wrapped in a layer of sticky rice, grilled over charcoal until the outside is perfectly crispy. It is then smothered in a rich, creamy, and slightly savory coconut milk sauce, topped with tapioca pearls and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
3. Nguyen Thien Thuat Apartment Buildings
   45m · Admission ticket included
Next, we’ll navigate into the labyrinth of the Nguyễn Thiện Thuật apartment complex, one of Saigon's oldest and most iconic residential quarters. We start this stop with a noodle feast at a local eatery:

Bún Bò: A legendary, aromatic beef noodle soup featuring a rich, complex broth simmered with lemongrass and robust spices, topped with tender beef brisket.

Bún Cá (Fish Noodle Soup): A brilliant contrast to the beef soup, featuring a lighter, refreshing broth, tender fish cakes, and fresh herbs that showcase the coastal flavors of Vietnamese cuisine.

The Local Experience: After satisfying your taste buds, your guide will lead you on a fascinating walking stroll through the narrow alleyways and courtyard blocks of the apartment complex. You'll get a rare, up-close look at the authentic, old-school soul of local Saigon life—seeing how neighbors interact, seeing the small ground-floor shops, and experiencing the vibrant daily rhythm that has remained unchanged for decades.
4. 45m
After our historical stop, we’ll take a quick ride to a lively sidewalk spot on Dien Bien Phu Street. This is where you’ll try Bánh Xèo, one of the most fun and interactive street foods in Vietnam.

You can watch the chef pour the bright yellow rice batter into hot pans, making a loud sizzling sound—which is actually what "Xèo" means! These large, thin crepes are fried until super crispy and stuffed with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts.

How to eat it: Don't worry about chopsticks here; we use our hands! Your guide will show you how to tear off a piece of the crispy crepe, wrap it inside a fresh lettuce leaf with some local herbs, roll it up, and dip it into a sweet and tangy fish sauce. It’s crunchy, fresh, and full of flavor.
5. 30m · Admission ticket included
Known as the "Little Dalat" in the heart of Saigon, this is the city's largest wholesale flower market. Open 24/7, it offers a breathtaking sea of colors and fragrances from across Vietnam. Deep inside its narrow alleys lies a famous "street food heaven," where you can sample unique Cambodian-influenced snacks and trendy local treats. It’s a spectacular window into the local night energy and a true feast for all senses.
6. 30m
No food tour is complete without Vietnam’s crowning street food glory: the Bánh Mì. We’ll make a stop at a legendary street food strip popular with local university students.

You’ll get your hands on an authentic, crusty French-style baguette layered with rich pork liver pâté, house-made mayonnaise, Vietnamese ham, savory meats, crisp cucumbers, pickled daikon and carrots, and fresh cilantro—with optional fresh chili for those who dare.
7. 15m
We’ll wrap up our culinary odyssey in a charming, nostalgic apartment quarter in District 10 to end our journey on a sweet note.

Take your pick between Chè (a traditional, refreshing Vietnamese sweet dessert soup featuring tropical ingredients and coconut cream) or a silky, melt-in-your-mouth caramel flan that balances the bold flavors of the night perfectly.
