Join us for a hands-on Tuscan cooking class and discover the authentic flavors of Tuscany. Together, we will prepare traditional homemade egg pasta, a rich Tuscan meat ragù, and the famous cantucci biscuits or Castagnaccio, the typical Lucca’s chestnut cake. The experience will be accompanied by local wine, including Vin Santo, the traditional Tuscan sweet wine served with cantucci.
