Pickup details

Punctuality : We recommend being ready 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Your driver will hold a sign with your name or have you exclaimed directly from the hotel reception.

Airport pickup : When you pick up at Frankfurt Airport (FRA), your driver will be waiting for you with a name badge directly at the exit of the arrivals hall (meeting point) of your respective terminal.
