Small Groups: For individual reservations or smaller groups, we offer the courtesy of picking up guests directly at their Hotel or Airbnb to facilitate their departure.

Larger Scale Logistics: When the group logistics are more robust, our designated guide or driver will await the travelers at the established meeting point, carrying a distinctive sign of our organization for prompt identification.

Communication Protocol: We kindly request that guests contact us via WhatsApp (415 287 4950) at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to coordinate and confirm the exact pickup point—provided the logistics permit—guaranteeing personalized attention.
