Before pickup, the lead traveler receives the driver’s name, contact information, vehicle description, license plate number and exact meeting instructions.

Pickup details

For airport pickups, collect your luggage and proceed to the designated passenger pickup area outside your arrival terminal. Your driver will call or text with the exact terminal door or pickup-zone number, along with the driver’s name, vehicle make, color and license plate number.

For hotel, residence and business pickups, meet your driver outside the main entrance at the scheduled time. For Union Station, meet outside the main entrance facing Columbus Circle. Please be ready 10 minutes before pickup and keep the phone number provided during booking available so your driver can contact you.
