Overview

We pick you up directly at the river cruise terminal in Basel port when you leave your ship, or at your hotel, apartment, Basel train station, Basel Airport or any agreed address within the selected pickup area. Complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi are available during the journey, and a short comfort or coffee stop can be made upon request.

As Zermatt is car-free, we drive you directly to Täsch and can drop you at your hotel or at the Matterhorn Terminal. Your driver will assist you with your luggage and guide you to the train connection to Zermatt.

Drop-off at Matterhorn Terminal Täsch, or at any hotel or specified address in Täsch. As Zermatt is car-free, vehicles cannot continue to Zermatt. Your driver will assist you with your luggage and guide you to the train for Zermatt. Trains run approximately every 20 minutes, and the journey to Zermatt takes about 12–15 minutes.

Pickup details

For transfers from Basel to Zermatt, private vehicle service is provided as far as Täsch, as Zermatt is a car-free resort. We can drop you off at Matterhorn Terminal Täsch, your hotel, or any specified address in Täsch. If continuing to Zermatt, your driver will assist with your luggage and show you where to take the train. Trains to Zermatt run approximately every 20 minutes and the journey takes around 12–15 minutes.
