Drop-off is available at your hotel or accommodation in Täsch, or directly at the Matterhorn Terminal / Täsch railway station. As Zermatt is a car-free resort, private vehicles cannot continue beyond Täsch. Your driver will assist you with your luggage and guide you to the train for the final journey to Zermatt.

Pickup details

Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP): your driver meets you in the arrivals hall after baggage claim, holding a sign with your name, and monitors your flight for delays. Pickup is available from any hotel, private accommodation, Airbnb, train station, or other address in Milan and the surrounding area. Please provide your exact pickup address when booking or communicate it to the driver in advance. The driver will contact you before pickup and meet you at the agreed location, assisting you with your luggage before starting your private journey to Zermatt (Täsch).
