We begin near Parque México in the heart of Condesa with a quick introduction to Mexico City's taco culture before heading to the first stop. Mexico City has thousands of taquerías, but locals know the best tacos often live in the most unexpected places. This tour is about finding those.

Our first taco introduces one of the most famous flavors in the city: al pastor. Pork slowly spins on a vertical trompo, caramelizing as it cooks. The meat is shaved directly onto a tortilla and topped with pineapple, onion, and salsa.
