After breakfast, enjoy a 20-minute guided walk through your crops and olive groves. We’ll also introduce you to our family’s collection of traditional tools and objects from the previous century, offering insight into authentic Cretan rural life and heritage.
Traditional Olive Oil Tasting
A special part of the experience is a guided olive oil tasting using extra virgin olive oil produced from the olives of your farm. You’ll learn how to recognize quality olive oil, understand its characteristics, and discover why olive oil is at the heart of the Cretan diet.

Follow the Google Maps location for Aspras Terra farm. As you approach, you will pass through a metal gate with your car. Once you pass the gate you are already inside the farm. We will be there to welcome you. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Visits are by reservation only.
