Pickup is available from selected hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter. The standard pickup time is between 6:45 AM and 7:00 AM on the tour date.

Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance from 6:45 AM. Our guide or driver will arrive within the pickup window and will have the passenger list with the lead traveler's name and booking details.

Our team will identify the correct guests based on the information provided in the booking. To ensure a smooth pickup, please make sure that the WhatsApp number provided when booking the tour is active and available. Our team may contact you via WhatsApp before the tour to confirm the pickup time and location.

Because pickup times may vary slightly depending on traffic and the order of hotel pickups, please allow a few minutes of flexibility within the 6:45 AM–7:00 AM pickup window.

If you are staying at a hotel that cannot be accessed directly by our vehicle, our team will contact you via WhatsApp and provide a nearby meeting point.

If you cannot locate your guide or driver at the scheduled pickup time, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp using the contact information in your booking confirmation. Our team will assist you promptly.
