Every visit includes a dedicated locker and unlimited fresh towels.

Arrival & Orientation: Check in for your locker assignment and a quick facility walkthrough. Change into swimwear (flip-flops required, available for purchase) and collect fresh towels.
Thermal Pool Circuit: Cycle at your own pace through the heated pool, the tension-relieving hot plunge, and the invigorating cold plunge to promote deep recovery.
Heat Sanctuary: Enjoy unlimited access to three distinct heat experiences: the traditional dry sauna, the restorative infrared sauna, and the hydrating eucalyptus steam room.
Lounge & Recovery: Decompress in the quiet lounge wrapped in soft towels. Enjoy unlimited herbal tea, water, and complimentary light snacks.
