The following stop will be a local home that is well known for serving what many consider the best Banh Beo in Hoi An. Banh Beo are small Vietnamese steamed rice cakes traditionally served in tiny bowls. They are topped with minced shrimp, crispy pork skin, and scallion oil, then eaten with a light fish sauce. This dish is popular in Central Vietnam and loved for its delicate texture and savory flavor. Out guide will introduce to you the process of making rice milk used for banh beo, Vietnamese pancakes, and rice paper as well.
