Each course represents a different island, presented with storytelling about ingredients, culture, and heritage. Over 2–3 immersive hours, guests experience authentic flavors, regional textiles, and curated presentation in an intimate setting that blends gastronomy with living Indonesian tradition. This experience is hosted beachfront at Quali Restaurant, overlooking Lombok’s west-coast sunsets.

What to expect

Guests will step into a guided five-region Indonesian tasting journey, with each course representing a different island of the archipelago. Upon arrival, they are welcomed by traditionally dressed hosts and seated at a table styled with handwoven regional textiles. This journey is hosted on the beachside at Quali, one of Lombok’s most refined Indonesian dining venues.
