2. Bran Castle

Rather than focusing on fictional legends, this visit highlights the real historical role of Bran Castle as a strategic stronghold, customs point, and later royal residence.
   Travelers will walk through narrow stairways, stone chambers, and inner courtyards while learning how the castle evolved over centuries—from a defensive fortification to a symbol of regional identity. 3. Manastirea Sinaia

4. Cetatea Rasnov

The experience focuses on the fortress’s defensive layout, water well, preserved walls, and the strategic importance of its elevated position overlooking the surrounding valleys.
   Guests will have time to explore the interior pathways and enjoy panoramic views of the Carpathian landscape while learning how ordinary villagers relied on this stronghold for safety and survival. This stop provides a grounded, authentic perspective on medieval Transylvania, contrasting royal luxury with everyday resilience.
   The fortress is closed but we can visit the Garden Courtyard and the Bathory Tour. It is set to be opened in 2028.
