"Please wait at your hotel's main security gate 5 minutes before your pickup time. Look for a white van or representative holding a sign. We will send you the exact pickup time via WhatsApp once you provide your room number. Please bring a scarf and sunglasses, or you can buy/rent them at the safari station."
