Overview

Depart from your hotel in downtown Xi’an with complimentary pickup and drop-off within 4 km of the city center, and head to the renowned Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum Site Museum. Upon arrival, follow your professional guide for an in-depth tour of Pit 1, Pit 3, Pit 2 and the Bronze Chariot Exhibition Hall. Get an up-close view of the spectacular underground terracotta army dating back more than 2,000 years, and learn stories of the Qin Dynasty and the discovery of this UNESCO site. After the sightseeing, you will be transferred back to your downtown Xi’an hotel to conclude the trip.

    Discover the Terracotta Army, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the Eighth Wonder of the World. Built more than 2,200 years ago to guard the mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang, China’s first emperor, this underground army ranks among the greatest archaeological discoveries of the 20th century.

    Explore three major pits with thousands of life-sized terracotta warriors and horses. Every warrior has unique facial features, hairstyles and armour details. Visit Pit 1 with its grand army formation, Pit 2 featuring archers, cavalry and generals, and Pit 3, the ancient military command centre.

    This entry ticket grants access to Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum Site Museum, including the Terracotta Warrior pits and Lishan Garden. You can explore at your own pace. **Valid passport / ID document is required for real-name entry.**

Meeting and pickup

Pickup details

Travelers can enjoy complimentary pickup and drop-off service within 4 km of Xi'an city center. Please provide your hotel name and address at the time of booking.

Pickup Instructions:

Your guide or driver will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled departure time.
Please be ready at least 10 minutes before pickup.
The guide will hold a sign displaying the lead traveler's name.
If your accommodation is located in a pedestrian area where vehicles cannot enter, the supplier will provide the nearest accessible meeting point in advance.
Drop-off Instructions:

At the end of the tour, travelers will be returned to their original pickup location or another agreed location within 4 km of Xi'an city center.
